Dear friends,

Christmas has always been connected to a truly unique and magical feeling. I catch myself throughout the year thinking and saying, ‘wow, this feels almost like Christmas’ whenever I find myself in a certain magical moment in life. I have the feeling it will never go away. What exactly it is is hard to describe, it has to do with magic and warmth and feeling somehow sheltered. I enjoy these moments very much and I hope that even in troubled times many of us find these magical moments in their lives and get a chance to experience this warmth and tenderness.

This year it will be the first Christmas for my newborn daughter and I already look forward to seeing the glow in her little eyes when she sees all the lights and feels this warmth around her.
